Continue to Practice
Been remiss in posting here while I was absorbed with the recovery process. I've been continuing to do the Qigong exercises that I learned from Dr. Tayam last year. They form a solid ground for me each morning and sometimes before bed.
I think this daily practice has facilitated my recovery process and has been an integral aspect of helping keep me remain oxygenated and moving.
