Last Night's Class

We were introduced to the idea of the Golden Ball. A sphere that holds all manner of healing energy and can be sized and placed in particular areas of the body to cause healing. I did some cursory work with the concept, but need to do more.

Noted that as a group we have been pulled together closely so far, I think we all know each others' names, which is unusual for a random group of people. This did not happen in the previous class. Here, it's happened and done so quickly. Credit to the instructor, I believe.

Practice Comes Together

The original PH instructor came back for last night's class. He focused on structure and how to do a regular practice. Have enough movements to create a full daily session.

I sat in the healing circle and my right arm went nuts. The tremor became really pronounced as the healing took place. It was like the release of a huge build up of energy. Today, the tremor kept resurfacing. Possible link to food items (certain foods seem to moderate the shaking) isn't being substantiated very well. It still seems that protein drinks reduce the tremor levels.

I now do a morning session (not always early) of the movements taught by Dr. Tayam (Taoist Five) and an evening session based on the PH practice. Overall, I'm feeling more grounded, but still have energy weakness in arms/shoulders, and with stamina.

Power Healing Rocks

The instructor came tonight. She was good and gave a host of new insights into the practice. The overall format is still a bit too relaxed and unfocused--unlike the Qigong class by Tayam. But there is valuable data in the PH materials.

Tonight she spent some time talking about the mind and how it affects healing. I get what she's implying--that without the mind being in agreement healing can be delayed. With the mind's assent, healing can happen instantly, if not sooner.

She pointed me to resources for stroke victims. There is a local conference in this area soon. I plan to attend.
